Feb 2, 2020 · If you have adjusted the governor internally, the torque control capsule is adjusted too much. Return it to the factory position and don't adjust it further than 1/2 turn. If the pump has not been modified, you have engine mechanical issues or the pump is installed with incorrect timing. I haven't adjusted anything.
