MARCQI. Founded in 2010, MARCQI is a consortium of Michigan hospitals that is funded through the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and the Blue Care Network Value Partnerships program. MARCQI will be used to address variations in patient outcomes related to hip and knee joint replacement surgery in the state of Michigan.

The full MARCQI annual report includes age and sex-adjusted hazard ratios, full cumulative percent revision curves (to ten years), number at risk, reasons for revision, and volume information for each of these implant combinations. Inclusion criteria for this figure: (1) at least 500 cases in MARCQI database, and (2) at least 100 MARCQI PROM questions are designed to be quick yet thorough, with 22 questions for hip replacements and 23 for knee replacements.
